Brood Maintenance Specialist - Belgravia Complex

Hourly Rate: $29.80 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm - 11:59pm.Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am – 4:59am) Analyze and repair brood maintenance malfunctions.Work from blueprints/schematics to perform maintenance/repair or install equipment.Report materials (in writing) replacement parts needed for jobs. Direct/instruct subordinate employees still requiring training.Determine proper size and specifications and perform electrical maintenance on miscellaneous items such as wire, conduit, fuses, motors, switchers, panels, lighting, relays, control devices, etc. Inspect and perform preventative maintenance repairs/corrections on pumps, motors, foggers, heaters, feed systems, vaporizers, injectors, etc.Perform installations, connections, adjustments, and calibrations of electrical gauges, meters, etc. troubleshoot computerized equipment controllers such as programmable, temperature, process controllers, etc. General cleaning and/or assisting other crews if required, maintaining safety, housekeeping, and sanitation and disease control requirements while performing job duties.Any other duties as assigned.
