Dale Brisco Inc. is a well established (Since 1967) Job Shop Custom Fabrication Metal Manufacturing Company. We Are seeking a full-time experienced CAD/CNC Machine Programmer Drafts person to program laser water jet and press brake machines with the ability to reverse engineer various parts for production. We currently provide laser cutting, five-axis water-jet cutting, metal bending, fabrication, rolling, welding, machining, and powder coating. A successful candidate must be able to work both in a team and individually. Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to follow up with vendors and customers.
Job Functions Include:
· Program parts in software for laser water jet and press brakes
· Must be able to accurately measure using tape measure calipers and other associated measuring devices
· Determine methods cutter types and cutting parameters depending on a variety of materials and design specifications
· Create 3-5 Axis tool paths utilizing CAD/CAM software
· Work with process draft person on planning of manufacturing process to ensure that quality and design objectives are achieved
· Analyze job orders drawings blueprints and other data and perform all necessary calculations
Skills and Qualifications:
· Must be experienced in AutoCAD Solid Works reverse engineering and various measuring devices.
· Minimum of 2 years in CNC Programming
· Metal fabrication background and strong mathematical aptitude s a plus!
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching.
Must be able to lift to 49 pounds at times.
