We are looking for a Construction Inspector to join our growing team! The role involves reviewing construction projects virtually for residential and commercial projects to ensure accuracy and alignment with progress. What You’ll Do:
Review construction draw requests for accuracy and compliance.
Validate project milestones and completion percentages.
Review documentation (invoices, budgets, and blueprints) to verify details.
Collaborate with project managers to resolve discrepancies.
Provide inspection reports and updates to team members.
What You Need:
3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project milestones.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, budgets, and invoices.
Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently.
