The Construction Foreman is a hands on working foreman in charge of execution and directing a crew of 4 to 6 people. A successful candidate for this position should have well rounded system experience with the following areas:
Blue Print reading and project planning
Drawing reading and project planning
Material planning and requisition
MUST be able to pass International Code Council Underground Storage Tank Exam Certification
Awareness of California Electric Code approved wiring methods
General Awareness of multiple trades:-Electrical, Plumbing, Grading and Concrete
Qualifications:
Heavy equipment experience is a plus
Ability to travel and work out of town as needed
Capable and honest to keep a crew motivated and efficient
Strong Technical inclination and problem solving skills
Time Management, planning, and work prioritization skills
Results oriented
Physically fit and able to work from ladders and man lifts.
Valid Driver's License
Able to pass pre-employment drug testing
