This is a Direct Hire position.
Description
-Review time cards
-Data Entry into databases and spreadsheets
-Run time & labor and payroll
-Manage direct deposits
-Manage Earnings and Deductions
-Manage Wage Garnishments
-Make adjustments in pay for after-hours, overtime, raises, etc.
-Create and run various reports
Requirements
- MUST HAVE 6 MO - 1 YEAR of Paylocity experience and 2 years of California payroll experience to be considered
-Strong knowledge of California Wage/hour laws
-Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills
-Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
-Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
-Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
-Tech Savvy
