- Experience creating and updating QAD EDI files
- For example; 855, 856, 810, 865, 997, etc.
- Mapping documents to and from various formats including but not limited to ANSI X12, XML, and flat file layouts utilizing ODBC connectivity.
- Experience with CIMLoads, QAD EDI report customizations,
- Setup communications for EDI transmissions - including but not limited to: AS2, FTP and VAN setups
- Participate in testing for system upgrades or customizations for transactions set, inbound or outbound
- Creating and maintain technical and functional EDI specifications and process documentation
- Collaborate with internal business partners as well as external teams on project enhancements and new project setups
- Document new requirement specifications, process workflows. Provide feedback on design and setup during review meetings with Senior Analysts and IT Manager
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiencies that support department and corporate goals.
- Develop and setup project plans, while maintain project documentation and providing time/effort estimates throughout implementation.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration and self-learning
- Excellent multi-tasking skills requires to carry out multiple projects at one time
- Highly collaborative approach with team members, management, and colleagues; must be an active and participative team member committed to the success of the entire team and not just individual goals
