This Product Manager will be focused on solutions to help growth of current and future products.Responsibilities:
- Customer Discovery: Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to learn about customer usecases- this will involve regular interactions with customers and other external-facing business functions
- Product Definition: Build a product roadmap based on customer needs, strategic company goals, market and technical trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritization: Prioritize from the backlog to solve the most urgent and costly business and customer problems
- Delivery: Work with engineering and quality assurance to manage User Acceptance Testing and synthesize the go/no-go of release of features based on results.
- Orchestration: Coordinate with Engineering, Support and GTM teams for product launches
- Monitor and measure: Identify key metrics. Monitor and report on engagement and usage, as well as identify improvement areas
- Documentation: Create and maintain feature documentation, User Training & Tutorials
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent in experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product development and in shipping quality products that had customer impact with evidence of exceptional ability
- Experience having shipped customer facing products that delivered business impact and customer satisfaction.
- Passionate about working with other businesses and partners to solve their specific challenges while putting customer trust and experience first
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions
- Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
