Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Fountain Valley, California. This role will be primarily responsible for analyzing financial data, developing predictive financial models, studying industry-specific research, and preparing documentation for startups and small businesses. This position requires a high level of expertise in financial modeling and strategic thinking.Responsibilities: Analyze historical and current financial data to assess the company's financial status Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation to understand financial trends Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making processes Identify gaps in processes that can improve profit margins and establish benchmarks for financial processes Regularly track current financial data and alert stakeholders in case of deviation Provide guidance in buying or selling stocks, making investments, and generating funds Study industry-specific research and available data to predict trends and inform strategic decisions Prepare written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions and meet business goals Prepare documentation for startups and small businesses to secure funding Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with Capital Expenditures (CapEx) Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Understanding of ERP Solutions Expertise in Great Plains (GPAC) software Knowledge of About Time software Ability to handle Accounting Functions Experience with Budget Processes Proficiency in Expense Reporting Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field Strong financial acumen Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
