10737 - Business Process Analyst I Purpose: Analyze, define, and develop the organization's business process methods and practices. Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with organizational strategic goals. Implement new processes, evaluate existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements. Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis. Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. Essential Functions:
Prepare internal statements of work (SOW) and review external SOWs for the procurement of goods and/or services.
Provide analysis and support for the budget management, including both Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx).
Assist in managing hardware and software lifecycle to mitigate technology debt risks.
Provide regular budget forecasts and reconciliations.
Create Executive Summaries to support decision-making process for the purchase of goods and services.
Contribute to the development of executive roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives.
Develop and maintain organizational charts and process flows using tools like MS PowerPoint for clear visualization of business processes.
Report and publish department level KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals.
Develop total cost of ownership (TCO) models to analyze and optimize costs associated with projects and initiatives.
Provide general business analyst support to Customer Relationship Managers, Project Managers, and Line Managers across the subdivision.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of business, finance, or economics (4+years).
Proven experience in business analysis and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills.
Salary range: $69,390 to $90,200
