Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionThis position involves assembling and inspecting sunglasses in a team-oriented environment. Employees will work in teams of 4-5 to complete the assembly process from start to finish, including tasks such as using small tools, operating pad print machines, and performing quality checks. This role requires flexibility as specific job duties may change, and standing or walking throughout the shift is necessary. Comfortable shoes or insoles are recommended.Responsibilities

Assemble, inspect, and package sunglasses.

Screw, glue, and fasten individual pieces of sunglasses together.

Prepare assembled pieces for lens installation and Quality Auditor inspection.

Install lenses into frames and glue icons onto frames.

Use small tools to insert screws or pins into frames.

Operate pad printer, mix paint for pad printing, and fix malfunctions.

Sand and buff gates/burrs off center frames.

Send assembled products to Quality Auditor for final inspection before packaging.

Set up work stations at the start of each shift.

Rotate job duties to limit repetitive movements.

Stand or walk throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

Ability to stand for 8-10+ hours a day.

Good attendance record.

No experience required, but helpful.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pass DT & BK tests.

Ability to work in a highly repetitive, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing job duties and departments.
