Job DescriptionReporting to our Regional Remediation & ER Manager, the Remediation Project Manager will support the Operations department and act as a liaison with Field and Transportation Support. This position will support the nationwide response team. Responsibilities include -Ensures adherence to safety and compliance by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.Works with customers to develop and implement solutions to meet their objectives.Plans, organizes, coordinates, and all project activitiesCommunicates project functions to field teams and customersDirects changes and provides solutions for all field workCapable of building effective schedules, timelines, and milestones for project workParticipate in site walks to gain full understanding of project scopePrepares cost estimates for customer projects including the ability to effectively source all (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.) to meet project objectivesManages project costs and ensures they are within budgetary expectations.Reviews employee time sheets and worksheets and ensures accurate invoicing and payroll.Identifies change conditions and prepares written change ordersResponsible for the submittal of accurate, timely and complete documentationResponsible for the positive financial performance of the project.Prepares field reports for all projects and ensures that all pertinent supporting documentation is completed in a timely manner.Understands blueprints and specifications.Manages multiple projects and performs other duties as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
