Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects related to land development.

Collaborate with project teams, architects, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.

Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

Perform plan checks to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil land development engineering.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.

Strong knowledge of local zoning codes, land use regulations, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
