Kelly OCG is looking for a Rework Technician to join their team for a top semiconductor company in Folsom, California. This is a long-term ongoing project and it comes with benefits and paid time off. Below are the details and required skills. Rework Technician L3 Folsom, CA Long-term ongoing project $25/hr + benefits and PTO Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain platform including basic to moderate reworks, and FW/SW updates on systems.
- Provide debug on platforms and escalate issues as needed.
- Capable of creating/maintaining documentation and BKM's.
- Read and execute rework documentation using software like Allegro viewer.
- Work with schematics and board layouts to complete and verify reworks.
- Soldering iron.
- Hot air rework system and scope.
- Perform fine pitch soldering (BGA) - adding/removing components surface mount components, adding blue wires.
