job detailsjob summary:Randstad Digital is looking for an outstanding Project Manager for a 1 year contract. The ideal candidate will have strong PM skills and be experienced with workfront. They will be apart of the Communications and Marketing team and responsible for managing a variety of programs across the orginization.location: FOLSOM, Californiajob type: Contractsalary: $35 - 50 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Drive program and project execution by:
Aligning on project scope, available resources and methods for risk and quality management
Partner with stakeholders to align on key planning milestones and deliverables
Ongoing monitoring of scope, status, resourcing, quality and risk
Navigating ambiguity and mitigating obstacles to ensure quality work is delivered on schedule
Creating and managing multiple projects simultaneously in GCM's project management tool, Workfront
Identifying need and cadence for stakeholder meetings and communication
Managing deadlines and communicating appropriate information to complete assigned tasks
Standardizing and producing program and/or project reports for project stakeholders
Identifying requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
Employ critical thinking and project management skills to govern a program or project from every angle; foresee risks and proactively seek resolution early in the project life cycle
Build relationships with stakeholders
Serve as a reliable, driven project manager
Contribute to the governance and optimization of project management tool
Understand Micron and GCM processes and timing related to third-party resources, such as vendors and agencies
Implement and/or help drive process changes and reflect them in project management tool
Educate and help to onboard new project managers as needed
Maintain quality service by enforcing and establishing standards and best-known practices
Create and contribute to organization-wide process documentation and make recommendations to improve consistency and efficiencies across future programs and projects
Contribute to program and project assessment protocols for evaluation of performance and quality
