Description As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, responsible for delighting our customers with outstanding service. Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of excellence.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain meticulous records.
