Job responsibility: Lead the migration of client's existing investment accounting and record keeping system (Prologue Financials & Investment) from on-premise county supported infrastructure to Prologue's SAAS cloud solution. The project consists of four critical milestones, with various associated deliverables/outputs, list is not all inclusive:Prerequisite(s) Requirements & Project Planning Critical project artifact gathering & review, Create Project Plan/Charter, Technical Prerequisite Planning and Execution, Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment, Defined RACI, Project Governance, Performance monitoring, all other pertinent artifacts required for leading project management engagement.Initiation & Planning - Kick-off, Data and Business Requirement Gathering, System Build/Design, Secure Link Setup, Data Migration & Cutover Planning, Data Gathering & Formatting according to specifications.

Execution & Control:Build & Execution: Data Clean Up, Environment Provisioning & Restores, System Check, Technical Documentation, Design/Architectural Review Gate Certification(s), Quality Assurance, Test Script development, User & Regression Testing, Facilitated Training & Documentation.

Qualifications and Certifications: Contractor certifies that the expert consultant assigned to assist with the limited term and/or fixed scope IT work effort has the following level of experience and/or certifications:Senior Level Project Manager with

6+ years' experience migrating on-premises financial and investment IT solutions to cloud hosted environments. (e.g. SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, etc.)Required Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Agile Certified ProfessionalProduction & Closeout Performance & System Validation, User & Technical Documentation, Operations/Production Gate Certification(s). Definition of Done Stakeholder Validations, Retrospect, Executive Summary, Project Closeout Work effort requires end to end execution of project management lifecycle and alignment with IT Delivery Framework. Assigned PM will be responsible for managing leading project team inclusive of both the business and IT. Responsible for stakeholder engagement, project governance, development of critical project and end-user artifacts, data migration planning, certifying deliverable acceptances, obtaining, and validating definition of done statements.
