Description We are partnering with a leading logistics company in Escondido to hire a Customer Service Representative to support their operations. This role is crucial for assisting customers with shipment inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth transportation processes. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, billing, and transit times.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates and solutions for any delays or disruptions.
Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Process and update customer orders in logistics management systems.
Resolve customer issues in a prompt and professional manner while maintaining positive relationships.
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Familiarity with logistics systems and tools; experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
