Description We are a growing company looking for an amazing Staff Accountant who has experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll to join our team! The ideal candidate is pro-active, self-motivated and has a VERY STRONG understanding of Excel.The staff accountant works closely with the team to complete assigned accounting tasks.Responsibilities:Assists with A/R and A/P tasksAccount reconciliationBank ReconciliationPreparing invoices and estimatesSupporting all functions of the accounting department as assignedAssisting with Payroll and General LedgerRequirements Requirements:Strong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsQuickbooks experienceA great attitude and a ability to work in a team environment are musts!
