Description As a Showroom Helper, your responsibilities will include providing support in various capacities to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom and office. This multifaceted role involves administrative tasks, assistance during events like toy fairs, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Assistance:
Assist in running and organizing the showroom during toy fairs.
Move and arrange samples in accordance with planograms.
Organize displays and maintain a visually appealing showroom.
Administrative/Organizational Tasks:
Provide administrative and office assistance.
Coordinate office meetings and handle catering logistics.
Streamline drink services in meeting rooms.
Create and manage labels, including SKU labels.
Assist in the movement and organization of boxes between storage and showroom.
Logistics and Coordination:
Coordinate tasks and occasionally provide hands-on assistance.
Facilitate the movement of boxes, ensuring efficient logistics.
Pack and label old samples for storage or disposal.
General Support:
Maintain overall organizational efficiency in the showroom and office.
Participate in office meetings, offering assistance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle diverse tasks, from physical activities like moving boxes to administrative duties such as label creation.
