Description Robert Half Legal is seeking an experienced legal secretary for a premier trial firm based in El Segundo. This hybrid-remote Legal Secretary role will support two attorneys in plaintiff employment and personal injury case law. The ideal Legal Secretary will have top notch organization skill, an excellent command of California civil code of procedure and a friendly demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking immediate job placement and the opportunity to join a stellar law firm for a long-term contract or contract to hire opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage state and federal e-filing systems to ensure timely and accurate submission of legal documents. Assist in trial preparation by organizing and collating necessary legal documents and evidence. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date calendar to ensure all court proceedings are attended and legal deadlines are met. Format various types of legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents. Offer support to up to 6 attorneys, managing their schedules and assisting with their legal responsibilities. Foster client relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
