Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a Secret or TS Systems Engineering Technical Baseline Manager on a Systems Engineering and Integration program supporting a DOD customer in El Segundo, CA. The technical baseline manager will be supporting a remote sensing space program as a "middle-man" between the systems engineers and government customer. They will participate in the development and management of technicalspecifications, ICDs, requirement documents, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans. The TBM will coordinate and present technical changes across large stakeholder groups and to the customer through review boards, including configuration control, or engineering review.Skills and Requirements
Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
4-10 years of experience within space systems engineering
4-10 years of experience developing/managing technical specs, ICDs, requirements, CONOPS, designs, and integration & test plans
Experience coordinating/ presenting to customers or large stakeholder groups through review boards - Experience with JIRA or Confluence
Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification null
