Description As the Corporate Benefits Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the company's benefits programs and ensuring their alignment with both organizational objectives and employee needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits packages, as well as lead a small team of benefits specialists.Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with the company's goals, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.

Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefit vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to employees.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits, ensuring compliance in all benefit programs and communications.

Employee Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options, including presentations, workshops, and written materials.

Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.

Team Leadership: Lead a small team of benefits specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function, with a focus on strategic planning and program management.

Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.

Experience managing benefit vendors and negotiating contracts.
