Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong coordination skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching our fleet of chauffeurs, creating optimized routes, and ensuring a smooth operation to meet our clients' demands. This role requires flexibility, as the Dispatcher may be required to work any day of the week and perform overtime as needed.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule limousine services for high-end clientele.
Communicate effectively with chauffeurs to ensure timely and accurate dispatching.
Create and optimize routes to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.
Monitor and manage the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are properly equipped and maintained.
Collaborate with the team to handle any operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage and prioritize tasks while sitting at a computer for extended periods.
Handle client communication through multiple online platforms.
Work overtime as required to meet the demands of the business.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role, preferably in a high-end service environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and dispatching software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work any day of the week and perform overtime as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the transportation or limousine industry.
Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
Previous experience working with high-end clientele.
