- Determination of failure root cause and appropriate corrective action, help prevent recurrence or minimize the number of future failures.
- Provide failure analysis summary and reports including recommended corrective actions.
- Lead the analyzer team to execute failure analysis and repair the products.
- Conduct analyzers’ training and testing establish analyzer performance evaluation system and monitor their performance.
- Detailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned
- Able to perform all stations on the line
- Able to exemplify professional behavior in all aspects of their position
- Excellent listening, oral communication skills
- Able to mentor other technical team members
- Willing to support other departments
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or similar engineering discipline).
