At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!The Role:We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills to join our team as Scheduling and Show Supervisor. This individual will have the administrative duties of scheduling employees, performing time edits, submitting bi-weekly payroll and day of show duties as a Supervisor.Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support for the local office, prioritizing and managing tasks with minimal supervision
Works directly with the General Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties
Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows
Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event (adequately for each individual staffing level).
Monitor and manage payroll.
Accurately submit all hours worked for team members into payroll system for timely processing.
Actively oversee staffing numbers. In addition, actively monitor attendance numbers and communicate staffing changes to department managers
Backup Onboarding-Recruiting Specialist as needed.
Assist as needed with various shipping and tracking, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College degree, or currently pursuing college courses preferred
Ability to work various, flexible hours, inclusive of nights and weekends
Must have an avid interest in music, be knowledgeable about artists and genres, and have an overall interest in learning about the music industry; touring and concert industry experience is preferred
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline driven environment, while maintaining organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); comfortability utilizing internet tools and social media sites
Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to build and foster professional relationships with individuals at all levels
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, theater, responsible alcohol service and guest relations
Skills in guest relations/staff relations
