Description We're currently partnering with a reputable client in the construction industry in need of a Bookkeeper. This position offers the flexibility of working hybrid or onsite and the opportunity for contract or contract-to-hire employment. Requirements Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
Maintain accurate records of project expenses and billing
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper in the construction industry preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
