Description We are seeking a talented and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will excel in interacting with diverse customers while effectively handling queries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth transactions.Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner via phone, email, or chat.
Provide customer support and conduct business fluently in both English and Spanish
Offer product and service information, assisting customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions that align with company policies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
Provide translation assistance to other team members as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Prior experience as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Flawless command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to problem-solve in a variety of situations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
