Job Description
The new candidates role and responsibilities will be as below but not limited to
·Prioritize and strategically plan loads
·Track & trace and provide shipment updates to different teams
·Communication with carriers/forwarders to resolve logistics issues
·Maintain and file electronic documents
·Data input/upload
·Date report/analysis
·Perform other job related duties as required
·Timely completion of functional requests
·Work well as a team
Qualifications
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up skills
- Well-organized and high level of attention to detail
- Logistics background with general supply chain knowledge is a plus
- Experience with cost-saving or process improvement initiatives through analytical results is a plus
- 23 years of Logistics or supply chain operations experience
- Ocean / Air forwarding Experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics , Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Bilingual (Korean) preferred
