SOX Analyst IV

Description We are offering a role for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The position will be remote, in the United States, with a focus on SOX testing of business process controls. This role will involve documenting and testing internal controls over financial reporting as well as interfacing with department personnel to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley 404 objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met.Responsibilities: Assist in the company's Sarbanes-Oxley 404 process by documenting and testing internal controls over financial reporting. Interface with department personnel to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley 404 objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met. Maintain organizational and ethical standards and complete internal audit work in compliance with applicable standards. Knowledgeable in the use of PeopleSoft, Oracle, Tableau, AuditBoard, and Microsoft Office Suite for business analysis and reporting. Have a working knowledge of SOX and COSO. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Exhibit a commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Have the ability to communicate with all levels of the company. Work independently with limited required direction and guidance.
