Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.Project Coordinator jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Project management and coordination for store operations – from start to finish.

Working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels/refreshes, and other projects.

Hold vendors accountable through written and verbal communications.

Lead conference calls between store team and vendors.

Invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba.

Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause of failed issue/prototype.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:

College Degree preferred

1-2 years of project coordination/management (preferably in construction or related fields)

Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities

Must possess strong time management and communication skills

Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software
