Plans for the day-to-day operational needs of the department. Resolves problems as they arise, to include resolving issues escalated by front line team members Implements and contributes to the development of operational improvements, to include reporting Creates and develops partnerships with other departments including Collections, Disputes and Inquiries, Validation and Adjustment, Finance, Claims, Customer Service, and Provider Solutions.
