Must be capable of answering questions about records and files
Liaise with departments and employees as part of gathering and indexing materials for filing
Using specific guidelines, arrange high volumes of memoranda, letters, invoices, and other indexed documents
Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing
Support and coordinate assistance with other employees on diverse projects
Retrieving data within allotted time frames
Office related tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing Requirements - 1+ years of File Clerk experience at minimum preferred
Strong familiarity with Paper Filing
Daily Mail experience
Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties
Adeptness in Bank Deposit
Clerical Duties experience required
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient in handling office equipment
Strong communication and social skills
Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
