We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Buyer, Beverage RM PlanningThe Buyer is a key member of the Supply Chain Planning organization responsible for leading supplier-facing activities and maintaining network-level raw materials supply continuity. This role is responsible for managing relationships with vendors and internal customers and driving the operational purchasing and purchasing strategy. The Buyer optimizes purchasing volumes to minimize total costs, works to prevent scrap, and drives process improvement initiatives.Essential Functions
Analyze network inventory and demand for components to drive and execute purchasing decisions over a 90 day horizon
Development of supplier inventory plans and inventory policies that ensure supply continuity, minimize mutual total cost, and mitigate risk
Build supplier relations through frequent interactions with supplier base, incorporating supplier feedback into processes as warranted. Act as liaison between internal teams and vendor teams
Work with Sales, Forecasting and Master Planning to align on new item introductions, forecast opportunities, production updates, and other areas
Assess and mitigate network supply risks by working collaboratively across teams and functions
Work with suppliers to establish VMI process and practices inclusive of IT infrastructure to support
Ensure adherence to contractual requirements with vendors, inclusive of lead time, capacity, and volume
Minimize corporate driven scrap and manage network coordination of raw material utilization through MRP team
Develop annual supplier-specific sourcing plan, including alignment on supplier inventory build plan
Drive process establishment and improvement for the purchasing team with the intent of automation, systematization, and alignment with other teams
Ensure that all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner and that all communications are addressed within one business day
Develop processes for data management and data continuity across teams. Ensure that all data is maintained and reported in a timely manner to ensure supply continuity
Assess new purchasing and MRP platforms, methods, and technologies
Track and develop metrics to assess adherence to goals for purchasing team

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance or Manufacturing
