POSITION: Vault Teller DEPARTMENT: Vault REPORTS TO: Vault Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt SummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Vault Teller Position for the 2022 Fair and Racing Season at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack for SMG Premier Food Services, Inc. Responsible for – counting, recording and balancing high-volume cash. Must be able to operate a 10-key machine. Bank Teller experience preferred. Background check is required. Must be available weekends and nights.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills. Able to work for long hours on feet and to lift 25 pounds. Good reconciliation and cash balancing. Able to walk around facility and property as needed. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Extensive cash-handling experience. Good understanding of 10-key operation. Very detail-focused with strong math and counting skills. Counts currency, coins and other media types.Supervisory Responsibilities N/AQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Perform work through repetitive eye/hand coordination Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
