Order Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in Davis, California, in the industry for an Order Entry Clerk. If you are highly organized and detail-oriented, this role could be a perfect fit for you. You will be tasked with processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer requests and queries Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain precise customer credit records Manage all documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents Ensure the warehouse is tidy and organized for efficient order fulfillment Perform final quality checks to ensure accurate shipments Utilize CRM and ERP Solutions to manage customer interactions Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Assist with check processing and order fulfillment.
