Order Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Order Entry Clerk in Davis, California. The role primarily involves processing customer orders, maintaining records, and addressing customer inquiries within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Handle customer requests and inquiries, providing an excellent standard of service Accurately process customer orders, ensuring speed and efficiency Manage all corresponding documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all shipments are accurate Maintain and update inventory records with a high level of accuracy Pull the precise quantity of inventory for order shipments Utilize CRM and ERP Solutions to manage and track customer orders Efficiently answer inbound calls related to order fulfillment Keep the warehouse tidy and organized to facilitate efficient order processing Ensure appropriate action is taken on customer accounts when necessary Utilize skills in check processing as part of the order fulfillment process. Requirements Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls efficiently. Experience in check processing and ability to handle financial transactions accurately. Knowledge and understanding of order fulfillment processes.
