Job DescriptionA large healthcare company located in Cypress, CA is looking for a REMOTE Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Data Validation audit. This role is a member of the Data Validation responsible for managing PHI, data preparation, provider outreach and QA functions in support of company programs with the main initiative being to drive successful project execution and delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects align with the company's strategic goals for a government audit. You will be creating and executing project plans, participate in chart retrieval meetings, and provide reporting. You will also be assisting in managing and training project coordinators for quality assurance on all documents and interfacing with providers offices, hospitals and other facilities for chart retrieval efforts.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
