Intake Coordinator- 2nd Shift

Our client, a medical device company in Cypress, CA, is seeking a 2nd Shift Patient Intake Data Processor to join their team. You will be part of intake room team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or greater with 3 months or more related experience in a medical device field, as well as computer and data entry proficiency.Location: Cypress, CAPay Rate: $18/hourSchedule: Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 12:00amWhat’s the Job?

Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards

Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s, and safety requirements

Comply with policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations

Maintain the cleanliness of the Intake room and work surfaces within

Perform good recycling practices

Receive and process the device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information)

Upload data from the Patch device to proprietary software tools

Ability to meet deadlines/goals/objectives

Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns as applicable

Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement

Support problem-solving small group activities

What’s Needed?

Minimum three months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment, preferred

Computer proficiency required

Data entry experience preferred

Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization

Good time management skills

Flexibility in work assignments
