Description Job Title: HR Generalist (SHRM Certified)Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with SHRM certification to join our team. As a stand-alone HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to addressing the diverse needs of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

Conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

SHRM Certification Expertise:

Leverage SHRM certification to stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate strategic HR approaches.

Provide insights and recommendations based on SHRM standards to enhance HR processes.

Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

Benefits Administration:

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

Facilitate benefits communication and enrollment processes.

Compliance and Policy Development:

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and SHRM best practices.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to drive positive changes.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

Maintain HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.

Utilize data to assess trends, make informed decisions, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.

Proven experience as a stand-alone HR professional, handling various HR functions.

In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
