The Apple Media Services team is looking for a dedicated, diligent and hard-working software engineer to join the growing AMS User Engagement team. Help define and build system features like Apple One subscription flows, and shared user interfaces that will delight users across all of Apple’s services and media apps on iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, macOS and VisionOS.DescriptionYou will develop new and improve existing parts of the shared frameworks that power all of Apple’s services products. Architect and build new APIs, and work with design to help define and implement user interfaces. As an engineer on the team, you will be contributing to all four of Apple’s major operating systems: iOS, tvOS, watchOS, macOS. and VisionOS. Build out APIs to handle foundational features such as user authentication and purchases. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside other multi-functional teams closely, in order to bring the best customer experiences to life.Minimum Qualifications

Familiarity with Swift and Objective C

Strong programming fundamentals

Familiarity with C and TypeScript

Ability to collaborate across a wide range of multi-functional teams - Passionate about quality, attention to detail, and automated testing - Experience defining and building APIs preferred but not required

Key QualificationsPreferred Qualifications

Object Oriented Programming

Experience with Cocoa and the iOS SDK

Familiarity with mobile application UI development

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Experience in defining and building APIs

Passion for quality and attention to detail

Aptitude to independently learn new technologies

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
