Java Developer

Java Developer This position, although a contract, will be a salaried position so no C2C or Inc on this one (W2 only). Our direct Cupertino client is looking for a Java developer with some lead experience (ability to give idea/suggestions on how to integrate with other systems) and ideally some deployment experience on cloud infrastructure. This will be a 100% 'hands on' position with some front end work as well (React or Node.js). Currently using Java 8 but will be migrating to Java 11. The position will be primarily backend focused (70%) with some frontend work (30%). Any NoSQL (Cassandra) experience would be nice to have as well. While Covid rules still in play, candidate can work remotely as long as they are in PST. Once Covid restrictions are lifted, candidate will be expected to work in Cupertino office.
