Minimum 5yr experience in the HDD or semiconductor assembly process development and integration.

Consistent track record in transitioning products from conceptual stage to high volume production.

Hands on experience in process and materials development, high precision fixture development, and data analysis/interpretation.

Strong problem solving/trouble shooting skills and providing solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills with good spoken and written English.

Ability to work independently under high pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

International travel required, up to 20%

Fundamental knowledge of vibrations, acoustics, and reliability a plus.

DescriptionWork within the Haptic engineering team to develop new assembly process and materials that meet design intent. You will collaborate with the CFT to ensure process, equipment, and materials are capable of meeting high volume production.
