Description Job Summary:The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients or customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative plays a key role in representing the company and building positive relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Order Processing and Management:

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Ensure timely and accurate entry of order information into the company's system.

Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department for further assistance.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain customer loyalty.

Communication and Follow-Up:

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database or CRM system.

Follow up with customers to gather feedback and address any additional needs or concerns.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay informed about company products, services, and policies through training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and usage to effectively assist customers.

Participate in product training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Communicate customer feedback and insights to relevant teams to facilitate continuous improvement and product development efforts.

Work together with team members to achieve individual and team goals and objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software or CRM systems.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
