Job Title: Electromechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced electromechanical assembler to assist in the construction of large transformers. This role involves wiring, installing circuit breakers, contactors, sheet metal, and circuit boards. The ideal candidate should be familiar with wiring larger cables (2 AWG) and be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, with harness assistance provided.1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm$18 - $19Responsibilities
Complete work assignments, directions, instructions, and Work Order Schedule provided by Production Lead.
Familiarize with wire gauges (AWG).
Work with terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors typically used for wire harness fabrication.
Review Assembly Instructions, Engineering Drawings, or Notes on the BOM (where available).
Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.
Assemble some electronics subassemblies to install harness.
Maintain a safe and organized work area/room/station.
Ensure that efficiency requirements and quality standards are met regularly.
Follow all Safety requirements and policies.
Determine job order requirements following the Production priorities.
