Title: Business Support AnalystLocation: Corte Madera, CA
(can work remote most of the time)Type: 6-month contract-to-hire NO THIRD PARTIES - CLIENT IS UNABLE TO SPONSOR Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Application support; familiar with ticketing systems
- QA/UAT experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Retail, eCommerce or Supply Chain Systems.
- Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong ability to understand technical issues and how to communicate them to non-technical team members and leadership
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment and is both flexible and comfortable working through uncertainties to reach a conclusion.
- Ability to work on multiple tracks and switch back and forth between them.
- Positive attitude with an enthusiastic, can-do outlook
