Description On behalf of our esteemed client, Robert Half is seeking a motivated HR Generalist for a position based in National City, San Diego County. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing various HR functions, ensuring the promotion of corporate values, and supporting the company's goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee human resources programs, addressing staffing, performance management, employee orientation and professional development.
Foster and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR-related state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Excellent communication skills and confident handling of personnel issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in different HR software.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
