Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics
Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
