Large Beverage company looking for strong Chargeback lead to support their team!Successful candidates will be able to problem-solve, lead a team, and be deadline driven!Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with chargebacks
Understanding of accounts receivable
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Description:
Review and post claims timely and accurately according to Chargeback Department policies
Overflow for processing claims and backup, as needed.
First-level daily support to Chargeback reps by answering questions & giving advice on how to resolve complex issues
Assist with training of new claims reps on SAP system and how to research & process claims
Assist with testing of new programs, processes, and/or SAP functionality
Assist Chargeback Specialist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents
Backfill support to Power BI maintenance (running necessary reports, troubleshooting issues)
Participate in brainstorming ways to streamline work processes that impact the department
Adhoc projects, as needed
