Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

Handle incoming telephone calls

You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

Solid understanding of customer service

Foundational knowledge in Critical Thinking

Proven knowledge of Dispatching

Basic Computer Skills experience

Well-founded grasp of communication

Proficiency in data entry

Inbound Telephone Calls experience highly desired

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Customer service and office administrative skills

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
