Description: Partner with the Planning team to ensure on-time purchasing of raw materials and components, as well as stabilizing days-of-stock for suppliers. Partner in a cross-functional team (i.e. Engineering R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain) to locate and recommend prudent suppliers based on new product requirements. Maintain open communication with internal and external customers on order status, critical risks/issues, and supplier performance. Display strong sense of urgency to proactively mitigate and reduce critical shortages.
